• Customized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

3. Orders, Production and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment.

• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Klarna.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed unless we communicate otherwise.

• Production times: As these are handcrafted products made to order, production may take some time.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

• Atelier des Chevaux is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns only for non-personalized products, within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defect in the product.

• Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or a store credit, depending on the situation.
